The studio says it uses all-natural products and avoids harsh chemicals. It follows strict sanitation guidelines, sanitizes each station after use and sterilizes its equipment. Hair colors carried for braiding include 1B, 2, 4, 27, 33, 30 and burgundy.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients book online and choose a service category before selecting a time. A non-refundable $30 deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the final cost, and the remaining balance is due on the day. Extra charges can apply: detangling is an additional $35, adding a mix of colors is an additional $50 and must be requested at least two days ahead, and short hair under 4 inches carries an additional $45 fee with possibly extra time. Clients should arrive with their hair detangled. Hair is included in most styles, but not for passion twists, Marley twists, crochet, spring twists, kinky twists, faux locs or butterfly locs. For boho and bohemian styles, clients provide curly human hair or synthetic hair.

Cancellations or rescheduling need at least two days' notice, and the deposit moves to the new appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total, same-day cancellations 80%, and no-call, no-shows 100%. The studio may photograph appointments for its website and social media, and clients can withdraw that consent in writing.
