A shorter 60-minute express facial includes a double cleanse, a mask customized for the client and facial massage, and dermaplaning can be added to it. A 120-minute custom facial is built around the concerns a client raises at the appointment.

Waxing covers small areas like the upper lip, chin, sideburns, nose and ears, feet, and underarms, along with larger zones such as half and full legs, arms, chest, back and the full face. Brazilian and bikini services are listed in separate versions for vagina and for penis, and a full butt wax is offered without a butt strip. Clients with many ingrown hairs can book an extraction session, and the full body bundle combines full leg, full arm, underarm, full face and a bikini wax into one 120-minute visit.

Booking requires a deposit that ranges from $5 to $150 depending on the service. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and a later cancellation forfeits the deposit and requires a new one to book again. Clients have a 5-minute grace period; arriving 5 to 10 minutes late adds a $5 fee to the remaining balance, and arriving 10 or more minutes late means rescheduling with the deposit forfeited. A no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the appointment. The remaining balance is paid in cash or on the card on file.
