Visits usually start with a free consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through style goals and plan a look. Color and treatment services require a deposit at booking, and new clients pay deposits on several other services as well. Gift cards are available.

Haircuts range from beard and neck trims and bang trims to personalized men's and women's cuts. Color services include single-process color, root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, bleach, and color correction for unwanted tones, uneven color, or earlier salon mistakes. Perm options include a cold perm for tighter curls, a digital hot perm for soft waves, and a Japanese straightening perm. A Brazilian keratin blowout and deep conditioning treatments are also offered, along with face waxing.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and closed on Sundays. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and appointments canceled with less notice carry a 50% service charge. No-shows and haircut appointments are charged the full scheduled service.
