The core service is The YNOT YOU, a one-hour signature facial priced at $150. It moves through cleansing, a peel, extractions, high-frequency treatment, massage and a hydra-mask, then finishes with products. Microcurrent sculpting, which uses low-level electrical stimulation to work the facial muscles, microdermabrasion and LED light therapy are offered on their own or as add-ons. LED sessions are matched to each visit, using blue, red or green wavelengths for repair, renewal or clearing acne.
Membership is the core of how the studio works. There are three plans, lasting between three months and one year. Each plan includes a fixed number of signature facials and member rates on add-ons and elevations. The longest plan adds complimentary add-ons, a Business Link on the YNOT website, and community event access. The first 50 people to sign up for a founding tier get preferential pricing and priority booking.
Policies are set out clearly. Walk-ins are accommodated when possible, but booking ahead is suggested. New guests should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete forms, and late arrivals may receive a shorter session. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Gratuities are not included in the service price, and no service refunds are given. Facials are for guests aged 13 and up, and clients are asked to wait a set period after waxing, neuromodulator injections, laser treatments or fillers before booking a facial.
