Full sets come in classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, and hybrid or volume styles with bottom lashes. A classic full set is $100 and takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. Fills are recommended every two weeks, and clients are asked to book two weeks ahead. Options range from a one-week fill at $45, through classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume fills, up to a foreign fill-in at $85. Lash retention fills apply when at least 40% of the previous set is still on: two-week hybrid or volume fills are $65, three-week hybrid or volume fills are $70, and two-week fills with bottoms are $75. Bottom lashes can also be added to a service for $15.

Booking takes a $15 non-refundable deposit that counts toward the service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late have the appointment cancelled and lose the deposit. Only the booked client may attend, arrivals should be no more than 5 minutes early, and lashes should be clean with no eye makeup. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine for two hours beforehand. Lash removal and bath is $30 and is booked as its own appointment. Squeeze-in appointments are available by contacting the studio and carry a $35 fee. The studio does not carry change, and results will vary from client to client, so clients should bring the number of lashes they want.

The studio teaches as well as services lashes. A one-on-one volume class lasting three hours is $400, and a Master Lash Class is $650. Products include the How to Master Lash Extensions ebook at $24.99, a Lash Bath Kit at $35, a primer at $18 and a fan at $12. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and do not expire. A membership with discounts and event notices is also offered.
