The founder, Rana Albasha, is licensed by the California Board of Cosmetology and holds a Certified PMU Specialist credential. The salon describes her as an internationally recognized aesthetician and makeup artist, and she has over 25 years of experience according to the salon. Clients can start with a skincare consultation, either a free virtual session or a 15-minute paid session for $50 that goes toward the chosen service, or a PMU beauty consultation for the same $50 fee.

Brows can be done in a natural hair-like stroke style or a softer, shaded finish that looks more like makeup. Lip blush is a semi-permanent tattooing treatment that refines natural lip shape and adds tint. Touch-up sessions are offered for existing clients, and brow color boost sessions are booked about 10 months after a touch-up.
