On the lash side, the studio offers a lash lift that curls and lifts natural lashes without extensions, along with extensions in Classic, Volume/Hybrid and Mega Volume styles. Extensions are priced by appointment length, with 30, 60 and 90 minute options. New lash clients are encouraged to book a patch test 24 to 48 hours before their extension appointment to check for sensitivity to the lash adhesive.

Monthly memberships are available for lash clients in three tiers. Each includes two lash refills for the month in the matching style and a brow or lip wax, and the site lists a saving on each plan. Membership benefits apply automatically when booking through the Services page and checking out in store.

Appointments are booked online through the Glossgenius page. Several services carry a deposit for new clients, including a $35 deposit for lash extensions, brow lamination and lash lift, and smaller deposits for some waxing services. A fee may apply for cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment or missing one, and it can be a percentage of the service cost.
