Every visit starts with a consultation covering eye shape, daily lifestyle and the look the client wants. The set is then planned around the client's features, comfort and everyday style. The studio focuses on careful isolation and a balanced design that aims for a light finish rather than heaviness.
The menu is built around extensions in several materials and densities. Real Mink, Premium/Cashmere and 3D Lashes each come as new sets and as refills at one, two and three week intervals, with multi-visit packages. Classic sets place one extension on each suitable natural lash, hybrid sets mix classic extensions with lightweight fans for texture, and volume sets use lightweight fans throughout. Clients can bring a reference photo to a hybrid or volume appointment.
Refill eligibility depends on how long it has been since the last visit and how many extensions remain. Clients who had a set done at another salon are asked to call before booking so the artist can decide whether a refill, a removal or a new set makes sense. Professional extension removal is offered.
Beyond extensions, the studio offers natural lash lifts, which curl the natural lashes upward without extensions, tints that darken the look of natural lashes, and a combined lift and tint that can also be booked separately. Brow services include lamination, microblading, ombre, nano, combination brows and eyeliner or lash line work.
