The Downtown location is at 123 S Figueroa St, Unit 109, Los Angeles, and offers free parking. The Marina del Rey location is at 8432 Pershing Dr, Playa Del Rey. Both are open 10 AM to 8 PM every day. Appointments are booked through Fresha, where clients can reschedule or cancel from their account or confirmation email, and the salon also takes requests by phone or form. Consultations are available by WhatsApp for each location and on Instagram.

Nail visits can include complimentary facial masks, foot massages, welcome drinks and snacks. Russian manicure is a dry manicure that uses an electric e-file for cuticle care and nail shaping, and the salon states it lasts up to four weeks; it comes with a one-week guarantee. The Smart pedicure is done on dry feet with disposable nozzles and no chemicals, with only wet wipes used during the treatment, and its replaceable files are made of silicon carbide. The salon describes its Smart Disc technology as patented. It says it uses four-stage sterilization and transparent hygiene steps, and that its nail technicians are licensed.

Beyond nails, the menu covers classic 1:1, hybrid and mega volume lash extensions, lash lift, brow lamination, brow shaping and brow tinting. Hair services include haircuts, blow-dry and styling, toning and gloss, single-process and root color, highlights, weaves, and micro-capsule or four-hand hair extensions made with Luxury Slavic hair. Massage options range from beauty, face and back massage to full body, buccal, lymphatic drainage, aroma relax and hot oil, plus several two-service combinations. Permanent makeup includes eyeliner, powder brows, lip blush with a watercolor effect, and touch-ups one to two months after the first treatment.

Policies: prepayment confirms a booking, cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable, arriving 15 or more minutes late may shorten the service, and repeated no-shows may lead to blocked future bookings. The salon also offers beauty courses online, in groups and in person, including Russian manicure from zero, hard gel, dual form extensions, eyelash extensions and keratin capsule hair extensions. In-person courses use live models under instructor supervision and end with a certificate of completion. Course materials are not included in tuition, course sales are final, and installment payments are available through Klarna and Stripe.
