Every visit starts with a complimentary foot soak, which is not counted as part of the treatment time; timers track the session length. The 40-minute Basic session stays with direct pressure on the feet. The 60-minute Intermediate and 90-minute Advanced sessions add pressure to major and minor body points, with the Advanced version giving the longest extended pressure.
