Each experience starts with a personalized consultation and scalp assessment, followed by product guidance and a home care plan. The salon's order of priorities is scalp first, then curls, then routine, and it works with every curl pattern from loose waves to tight coils.
Services are grouped into first-time clients, cut and hydration, scalp and curl therapy, and kids and teens. The salon suggests most clients book a professional scalp service every four to six weeks, with home care in between. Clients who want guidance before committing to a treatment can book an education-focused consultation, and transitioning hair needs a consultation before a full service is booked.
