Yano Skincare is a boutique facial studio in Chicago's West Town neighborhood. Visits are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. Studio hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Sundays closed. Facials start with The Essential Facial, a maintenance visit with gentle cleansing, exfoliation, mild extractions as needed and a nourishing mask, or The Essential Deep Pore, a cleansing facial with hydrodermabrasion from $150. New clients book the New Client Facial at $185, about 1 hour 10 minutes, which includes a consultation and a customized facial. A consultation form arrives by email after booking and is best completed before the appointment. Pregnancy-safe and teen facials are also offered.

The HydraGlow Facial, from $220 and typically 60 to 75 minutes, is a multi-step, non-invasive facial. It covers skin analysis, cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions when needed, hydration and nutrient delivery, and a calming finish, with mesotherapy, oxygen infusion, a biocellulose mask and serums selected for each client. Celluma LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage facial massage are available as a premium add-on. The studio recommends repeating it every 4 to 6 weeks for ongoing results, and it has no downtime. A Deluxe HydraGlow Facial for new clients is listed at $185.

The Acne Bootcamp is a structured program built on Face Reality home care, in-studio treatments and adjustments over time, rather than a single acne facial. It does not rely on prescription medication. In-studio sessions are usually scheduled every two to four weeks, follow-ups run 30 minutes every two weeks, and advanced follow-ups run 50 minutes. The program starts at $75, but home care is not included in the first session and typically costs about $200 to $280 at the start. Clients are asked not to mix in outside skincare unless it has been approved. The studio states that most clients begin to see visible improvement within 6 to 12 weeks. Professional Corrective Peels, at $185, and the $195 Back Peel Treatment are also offered for texture and pigmentation concerns.

ProCell Microchanneling Collagen Renewal Therapy starts at $375 and takes about an hour. It is a collagen induction treatment that uses a fine-tipped device to create superficial micro channels, with no lasers, followed by ProCell MD growth factor serums and a post-treatment recovery kit with Celluma LED light therapy. It is usually booked as a series of 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, then maintained every 3 to 4 months. It cannot be performed over active pustules or cystic acne, and new clients need a consultation, a skin evaluation or a New Client Facial first. The studio says it is safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types, including deeper skin tones. Cellstory Liquid Microneedling, $285 for about an hour or $1,000 for a four-treatment package, is a non-needle treatment using 50,000 microspears made from freshwater sponges, with an aftercare kit that includes stem cell growth factor serum. It is not recommended for people with seafood or marine-related allergies because of marine-derived ingredients.

The studio says it has over 100 five-star reviews on Google and describes itself as an award-winning facial spa in West Town for 2025. Booking requires a valid credit card, which is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows, and a small deposit that is applied to the final total. Cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows without notice are charged in full. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late may have their service shortened. Clients who are ill are asked to reschedule, with fees waived if illness is reported beforehand. Services and products are non-refundable, and results vary with skin type, lifestyle and consistency. Payment plans through Cherry offer 0% APR options subject to eligibility, and digital and physical gift cards are sold year-round.

Each facial is customized after a skin analysis rather than following a generic protocol, and products are chosen during the visit based on the client's skin that day.
