The studio is located on Castle Hill Avenue in the Bronx and was started under the name Yanimuaartistry LLC. It offers bridal, glam and brow services, and clients can book either at the studio or with an on-location artist.
Bridal work is a large part of the business. In-studio and travel bridal trials give couples a chance to meet, discuss and try out wedding day looks. Bride Wedding Glam is tailored bridal makeup that takes about two hours. Bridal party glam is for bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and other guests, booked per person in a six-hour block. The studio can accommodate up to five people in a wedding party, and a larger party requires an additional artist. Wedding day touch-ups can be arranged for a full day at $50 per hour, and clients can request a custom wedding quote through a form on the website that covers the date, party size, touch-ups and photo timing.
Glam services include in-studio full face glam, which takes about 90 minutes, and on-location glam for clients outside the Bronx, which takes about two hours and has a travel fee. Lashes are always included in glam looks. Brow wax, tint and lamination is a one-hour service. The studio says it uses only high-quality products on the skin.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, and a $10 late fee applies if a client arrives 15 minutes late. Cash, Zelle and Square are accepted. On wedding days there is one payment, made by the bride, who pays for the bridal party members who book individually. The studio is open Thursday from 4 PM to 9 PM and Friday through Sunday from 6 AM to 9 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday.
The studio describes itself as using only high-quality products on the skin and offers services both in the studio and on location.
