The menu is built around lash extensions, with brow services and a short waxing list alongside.
Lash work comes in two styles. The classic full set uses the 1:1 technique and takes about two hours. The volume full set uses lightweight handmade fans and includes a personalized consultation and custom lash mapping, also about two hours. Refills for either style are booked for two to three weeks after the last set and take about an hour and a half. Refills need at least half of the lashes still in place, the same style and technique, and the work done at this studio. Otherwise the visit is priced as a full set. Volume refills follow the same rule and are also charged as a full set after three weeks or when retention is poor. Clients who no longer have extensions, or who have gone four weeks or more since their last set, book a classic full set again.
Brow services include shaping, which takes about 30 minutes, and henna tinting, which gives a soft color for fuller, more defined brows. Shaping and henna can be combined into one 35-minute visit. Existing lash extensions can be removed with a gel remover for about 30 minutes. The removal price can vary depending on the condition of the extensions. Waxing covers the upper lip and chin in short 10-minute appointments.
Lash services follow set technique and refill rules, from the 1:1 classic method to volume sets with custom mapping.
