Hours run Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 or 7 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Payment is accepted in cash, by Zelle, by Square card, and through Afterpay and Affirm. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and it needs approval before the appointment.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, though with 48 hours' notice a deposit can move once to a new appointment within 30 days. Hair should be at least 4 inches long all around for braid services, and clients who arrive with shampooed hair are asked to skip oils and come in blow dried and knot free. Clients must be at least 15 years old, and children are not allowed in the studio. A braid consultation for $15 covers 20 minutes to talk through a style and options before the appointment. Emergency appointments on a day off cost $100 and must be confirmed in advance.

The braiding menu covers stitch, knotless, Fulani, boho, mohawk, ponytail and men's braids, plus creative freestyle designs. Add-ons include curls, rods, beads, extra bundles, length for stitch or knotless braids, and a high density option for very thick hair. The studio supplies Outre 52 inch braiding hair in colors #1, #1b, #2 and #4; other colors must be bought by the client. It does not supply boho human hair or human hair bundles.
