The menu covers eyelash extensions, manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and waxing. Eyelash extensions come in four styles: classic sets with one extension per natural lash for a natural everyday look, volume sets with several lashes on each natural lash for a denser look, hybrid sets that mix classic and volume for a staggered effect, and mega volume sets using thicker, longer extensions for a dramatic look. Extensions are available in traditional black or in colored options. Manicures and pedicures come in basic and essential versions. The essential versions add a massage, and the essential manicure includes Signature gloves; the essential pedicure adds a hydrating masque and callus removal.
Two Organic Collagen pedicures are offered, one with an added Detox step. According to the salon, the Organic Collagen formula is designed to soothe skin and diminish the look of lines and wrinkles, and the Detox version adds ingredients intended to purify and exfoliate. Nail enhancements include dip powder, which adds thickness and length with colored acrylic powder, Gel-X extensions that the salon describes as fume-free and lightweight, and hard gel overlays, also known as builder, sculpting, or Japanese gel. Japanese and Korean gel polishes and Japanese-style nail art are also offered.
Clients are asked to arrive no later than 15 minutes before their appointment. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late are cancelled and converted to walk-ins, subject to availability, so anyone expecting to be late should contact the salon as early as possible. A preferred technician can be requested by name in the booking comments. A nail design must be included when booking or added by phone or text, and same-day design requests made without notice depend on availability.
The salon says it uses brand new disposable kits for each treatment, including buffer blocks, nail files, and pumice stones. Clients can take these kits home or have them discarded. Metal tools are sterilized in a dry heat sterilizer, and treatments do not use paraffin. Nail designs can be browsed in the gallery on the website and on Instagram.
