The menu covers several areas. Color includes balayage, partial balayage and partial highlights, full highlights, money piece, root refreshes, toner and gloss, full bleach and color correction, with extra color product charged at $25 per additional ounce. Straightening includes a Brazilian Blowout, smooth treatments and a Botox capilar treatment that uses Cadiveu products. Hydration and reconstruction treatments are chosen according to the hair's needs, and a Pro Longer ampoule is available on its own or with other services. Cutting and styling includes haircuts, blowouts and glam waves. Tape-in extensions use Bellami and Conde hair, bought directly from the supplier, and need a touch-up every 2.5 to 3 months.

Booking is online through Square, with no deposit required. The first visit begins with a free 30-minute consultation. Some services, such as tape-in extensions and full bleach, need a prior consultation to set the color or the final price. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice, and there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrival before an appointment may be lost. Parking is available by valet or inside the building, and all major payment methods are accepted. Services are offered in Spanish and English.

Because the studio uses chemical products, children are not preferred as clients. If a child must come along, the studio asks to be told in advance.
