Every visit is booked by appointment, and consultations are private. The studio serves clients throughout Bergen County and the greater New Jersey area, including Teaneck, Englewood and Paramus. Clients who would rather not travel can book an in-home consultation instead, and the first consultation is free.

A visit usually opens with questions about the client's daily life, style preferences and what matters most to her. From there Yael walks through hair types, lengths, colors, cap constructions and styles before a custom fitting. Custom human hair wigs are built to the client's head, with a custom cap and a natural hairline design, and each one includes a complimentary first styling. Human hair toppers are clip-in and color-matched to the client's own hair, offered in several base sizes, and Yael cuts and blends them while the client is wearing them.

Sheitels are made from 100% human hair with no synthetic blends, and the studio also makes kallah sheitels for brides. Medical wigs are made for hair loss from chemotherapy, alopecia and other medical conditions, and they come with ongoing care and adjustments. Alongside new pieces, the studio offers wig styling and repair, including cutting, color, highlights and toning, deep conditioning, cap and elastic repairs, and lace front repairs.

Yael starts each consultation by learning about the client's lifestyle, style preferences and priorities, then walks through the options before any custom fitting, with the aim that each client leaves feeling beautiful, confident and like herself again.
