The menu covers classic, hybrid and volume sets, plus New C versions of the classic and hybrid styles, and it also includes refills, touch-up pricing and removal.
Each appointment takes place in a private room with one client at a time. The studio uses professional equipment and says hygiene and sterilization are applied at every appointment. Visits run about two hours. Bookings are made online through Square or by WhatsApp, and open times follow the Square calendar. Hours are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. with the last appointment at 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. with the last appointment at 3 p.m., and closed Sunday.
Clients are asked to arrive with lashes fully clean and free of mascara or makeup, and to avoid mascara and oily products the day before. Makeup can be worn with extensions, though mascara and oily products near the eyes are discouraged because they weaken the adhesive. Booking requires a $20 deposit paid by Zelle to Ana Aquino, which is non-refundable unless the studio cancels. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving 15 minutes late forfeits the deposit, and arriving 25 minutes late forfeits the appointment. Children and companions are not allowed during services, eating is not permitted, and contact lenses should be brought in their case. Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian who signs consent and stays for the whole service.
Refills are done two or three weeks after a set, depending on the time elapsed and the condition of the lashes. After three weeks, a new full set is booked instead. Unusual lash loss should be reported within 72 hours with clear photos, and free corrections are offered only when applicable and when aftercare was followed. The studio says its extensions are meant to last for weeks while protecting the natural lashes.
