Visits focus on the scalp and hair. Each treatment starts with a scalp check, and a plan is built from what is found before products are discussed. Clients can choose a single scalp ritual or a longer course: the studio offers a six-month Restoration Protocol with three phases, moving from calming and repair, to stimulating growth, to maintenance.

The Team Trichological Assessment pairs a one-hour session with a health and lifestyle consultation and high-definition scalp imaging. A one-hour assessment with Y'lonn alone includes a hands-on scalp and hair check and an at-home care plan. Scalp treatments range from a 60-minute clarifying facial to a 90-minute clinical option built on documented findings. Men have their own scalp facial and head spa options, including one that adds high-frequency treatment for razor bumps and ingrown hairs.

Loc care is root-focused and loc-safe. The studio does not provide re-twisting or loc styling. Lash extensions are customized for length, curl and fullness, and every new client begins with a free consultation.

Checks the scalp first, builds a treatment plan from the findings, and then discusses products.

The studio says it aims for skilled service in a pleasant setting.
