The studio takes fill-ins for lash sets that were done at another salon. A fill-in can be booked when the original set was applied properly and the lashes are not clumped, stuck together or bunched in clusters. If the existing lashes are bunched, the studio may recommend a full new set rather than a fill-in.
When a client's lashes are bunched, a new set may not fit into the same visit, since it can create a scheduling conflict. In that case the removal and new set take longer to complete. Clients who are unsure whether a fill-in will work can book a New Set plus Removal, or contact the studio for guidance before booking.
