Services fall into three groups. Massage ranges from seated and reclining options to a table massage, foot or hand and arm sessions, and an assisted stretch. Nail care comes in five manicure and five pedicure tiers, from a quick Xpres service up to Premium Plus. Rejuvenation offers a gemstone heat mat and LED light face sessions.

Many massage options take place in equipment rather than on a table. Guests can choose a heated bed, a zero-gravity chair, a lounger they adjust with a button, or a HydroMassage lounge. Table massage is done with the guest fully clothed.

The shop carries travel and wellness products described as TSA-approved. XWELL Rewards members earn one point per dollar spent, and every 100 points is worth a $5 discount on services and products. Points do not apply to tax and tips and expire after two years without activity, with the two-year period restarting after each visit. Digital gift cards work at U.S. spas for manicures, pedicures, massages and in-spa retail, and can also be redeemed for products online.
