The studio says each lash, brow and skincare service is adjusted to suit a client's own features. Skin treatments use Circadia products. The Nano Corrective Peel and Vitamin C Peel both require that consultation first.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume full sets, refills, lash tint, lash removal and a K-Beauty Lift, a Korean-formula lash lift that lasts six to eight weeks. Lash patch testing is offered for clients who have had reactions to lash extensions before.

Memberships and packages bundle these services. Lash membership tiers include two lash refills a month, one free brow wax or tint and 15% off other services. A Skin Maintenance membership includes a customized facial each month. Packages include the Autumn Aura, which combines a Level 2 facial, a Circadia Pumpkin Mask, dermaplaning and a Korean lash lift, and a multi-visit personalized corrective facial series. Membership and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Deposits run from $5 to $50 depending on the service and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments can be canceled or moved up to 48 hours ahead; later changes carry a 50% service charge, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Each lash, brow and skincare service is tailored to a client's natural features, and skin treatments begin with a consultation covering the skin, daily habits and a home routine.
