Advanced Facials are customized for acne-prone, congested and hormonally imbalanced skin, and the service menu lists them for concerns including acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma and rosacea. New clients are priced at $250 and returning clients at $185. First-time clients book the Ultimate Detox Facial with a skin consultation, and returning clients are directed to the Maintenance Facial unless an advanced treatment has been discussed. A virtual consultation starts with an online quiz about skin type, concerns and goals, and in-person consultations are also available.
Longer programs are sold as packages. The Revive 4 Step is listed at $120, the Chemical Peel Package at $750, and microneedling is offered only within packages listed from $750 to $850. The Skyn Renewal Program is listed at $1,100, the Skyn Correction Program at $2,200, the Advanced Skin Correction Package from $1,099 and the Advanced Skin Correction Elite Package from $1,399.
Visits are by appointment only, with no same-day bookings or squeeze-ins, and extra guests are not permitted. The lobby has restrooms, complimentary drinks and snacks, and free parking, and doors unlock five minutes before each session. Booking is handled through Square with a card on file. New clients pay a non-refundable $75 deposit and returning clients a $45 deposit, both applied to the service, and the balance is due at the visit. Cash and tap-pay cards are accepted, with a 6.3% tax on card payments. Clients receive pre-appointment instructions by email, including any products to stop beforehand. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment, though there is no late fee. One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice, with the deposit moving to the new time. Later changes forfeit the deposit, and canceling or rebooking requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations without notice are charged 50% of the remaining balance, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service and cannot rebook.
Plant-based formulas are paired with skin consultations and recommendations drawn from each client's skin profile. The site also suggests a simple routine of washing twice daily, exfoliating two to three times a week, and using moisturizer and sunscreen every day.
