Every service begins with an in-depth consultation so the client and the team agree on the result before any work starts. Lash extensions come in several styles, from classic and hybrid to mascara effect, wet effect, volume and a fairy wispy set, and lash in-fills are also offered. Keratin lash lifts can be done with a tint or combined with a brow lift, and brow services include shaping with tint and keratin brow lamination with tint.

Facial treatments include a hydrating facial, a deep pore cleanse facial, a men's facial and a back treatment. Owner Xina Marte also customizes facials around each client's skin concerns and needs.

Booking requires a card on file, and a $20 non-refundable deposit reserves the appointment. It can be moved twice using the same deposit if the change is made at least 48 hours ahead. The remaining balance is paid in exact cash, and online transactions carry a $10 fee. Services are not refunded once performed. No-shows and late cancellations are charged 40% of the service to the card on file, and an appointment is canceled if the client is 15 minutes late without notice. Lash refills must be booked within 3 weeks and need at least half the lashes still in place. Clients sign consent forms before each service, and before and after photos or videos are kept for records. Clients with lash extensions are asked to remove contact lenses before arriving.

The business also offers personalized beginner and advanced beauty courses, with details available by Instagram DM or text, and sells gift cards.
