Xclusivv Glam began with founder Ash Susana's interest in nails and grew into a studio built around nail artistry that also cares for the natural nail. Each set is planned around the individual client rather than a current trend, and the studio aims to create services for women who want to feel confident and well looked after.

The studio is open Monday from 1 PM to 7 PM and Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on weekends. Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit, and a $15 non-refundable deposit secures the next visit when pre-booking. Appointments can be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours ahead; later changes forfeit the deposit and carry a 50% cancellation fee. A 10-minute grace period applies, and an appointment that starts 15 minutes late is rescheduled. Guests must be requested in advance and are accommodated case by case, and children are not accommodated in the suite.

Services cover gel enhancements, rebalancing fills, structured manicures with gel overlay, pedicures in Classic or Deluxe versions with a foot massage, and removal with light shaping and cuticle care. Nail Fix repairs are complimentary within 7 days of the initial service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
