Hair services include cuts, color, highlights and lowlights, perms, and smoothing treatments. Haircare color is done with Redken. Lash services cover Classic, Volume, and Hybrid extensions, with brand new sets starting at $189 and fills starting at $44, plus lash lifts and tints. Brow services include brow lamination with tint and shape, which the salon describes as a less invasive alternative to microblading, and henna brow color and shape. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel and powder work, and acrylic sets, with spa manicures and pedicures using FarmHouse Fresh products. Waxing covers the face, arms, and body. Wedding clients can book hair at the salon or on-site at a venue or hotel, and makeup is offered for weddings and special occasions. Wedding bookings require a short contract and a $100 deposit that goes toward the balance. Closing the Arvada salon for a wedding party carries an additional fee.

Booking policies: reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged in full. Online reservations require a 10% non-refundable deposit, and new full sets of lash extensions require a $75 deposit to hold the appointment. Pricing follows a level system from 1 to 4AA based on the time a service takes. Extra color may be charged when hair density calls for more product, and long or thick hair may carry an additional fee for extra keratin or perm solution. Gift cards do not expire and can be used on services and boutique items.

The salon runs an Associate Program offering full-time and part-time paid internships for new esthetics and cosmetology graduates. Each associate is paired one-to-one with an educator for hands-on mentoring and coaching, and may have weekly opportunity days to build their own clientele. The salon states that full-time associates can earn up to $30k per year. Stylists and estheticians can also work as commission service providers, and the salon offers in-salon training and continuing education.

The salon says it offers high-end service without a stuffy feel, and it works to grow stylists and estheticians at every level as one team.
