A first visit starts with a free new-client consultation of about 45 minutes, covering an assessment, a personal plan and a complimentary 5 to 15 minute mini treatment. Clients can add treatment time when booking a longer first visit. Full-clearance plans typically run 12 to 18 months, with visits that start frequent and spread out as growth thins. Facial plans usually run every 2 to 4 weeks. Session lengths range from 30 minutes for light growth to 90 to 120 minutes for denser areas, with extended visits of up to 4 hours. The studio prefers giving an accurate plan over a flattering one.

Electrolysis is billed by time, not by area, and no flat price per area is published. Appointments run from 30 minutes at $80 up to 4 hours at $460, and the total cost is estimated at consultation. Prepaid packages of 8, 12, 30, 60 or 100 hours bring the hourly rate down, from $130 to $100. Package hours are drawn down by time used and are valid for 24 months, with the hourly rate locked for that period. Packages include priority access when new booking windows open and a Wurayo Aftercare Oil. They are non-refundable and non-transferable, though the studio may approve a transfer in exceptional circumstances.

Clients can book online through Vagaro or call or text 737-746-0700 for help. The studio is open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm, and is closed Sundays. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice. With that notice the deposit is refunded or moved to a new appointment; with less notice or a no-show it may be forfeited. Sessions run to their scheduled end time, so late arrivals receive the remaining time and are charged the full session. Photographs are never taken without written consent, and treatment details are not shared or published.

Treats one hair follicle at a time with a fine sterile probe and precise current, using a new single-use probe at every appointment. Each client receives a written plan built around hair growth, goals and timeline, reviewed every three sessions.
