The salon is certified in the HairDreams Laser Nano extension method and says it is the only salon in Southeastern Wisconsin offering it. Extensions come in three forms: that method, lightweight Microlink extensions, and top pieces placed at the crown that can be worn with or without extensions. Extensions use high quality human hair, and color and texture swatches are available to compare. A free initial consultation looks at styling needs and suggests an extension solution.
Hair replacement covers custom wigs, custom hair pieces, volumizers, and men's toupees, along with semi-permanent hair loss solutions. The salon says these are designed on site by a resident master wigmaker and her team. The systems are non-surgical, made to measure with European human hair, and offered for thinning hair and total hair loss from causes such as male and female pattern baldness, alopecia, trichotillomania, and chemotherapy. Custom wigs need at least two fittings and men's toupees at least three, and toupees take 8 to 12 weeks from the order date. Topical minoxidil with a specialized shampoo and conditioner is also offered for early-stage hair loss and thinning, and results vary.
Clients should know a few booking details. Color services include a quick dry, and a blow out or style must be requested as its own service and is charged separately. The men's cut includes a hot towel. The salon states its customer service standards set it apart.
