The studio serves both men and women and keeps up with current styles and hair care for each. Caitlin builds relationships throughout the Inland Empire, including with people in the beauty and film industries, school districts, and volunteer and mentorship programs.
Extension work includes clip-ins, partial sew-ins and full head sew-ins, and custom wig units. Bridal clients can choose from extension styles or from natural hair styles such as braids, ponytails, press and curl, and up-dos. Wedding work begins with a consultation requested through an online form, and a free consultation is also available through the contact page. A fee applies when a style needs extra length or density.
Healthy hair care is offered through monthly packages. Each package includes two appointments a month to keep natural or styled hair in good condition. The Bronze package at $150 covers two silky presses with a flat iron, one trim and one deep conditioning treatment. The Gold package is $175 and the Platinum package is $200. The full amount is due for the two standard monthly appointments, and the second appointment is booked in person. Standard shampoo and conditioner are included with each service.
Studio policies cover payments, scheduling and visitors. Payments are non-refundable regardless of cancellations, and appointments are rescheduled through the confirmation email at least 72 hours before the original time. Children and visitors are only allowed in the studio when they are being serviced. The online store carries wig units, hair care products and a guide to converting a sewing machine for wig making.
The mission is to help women and men feel comfortable with their natural hair or with quality human hair extensions while trying fresh styles.
