A fibroblast appointment starts with a consultation that includes a skin analysis, followed by topical numbing, the treatment itself, an aftercare kit and written healing instructions. Sessions run about 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the area. Redness, swelling and small scabs are the common side effects and typically settle within a week, and an LED follow-up is scheduled about 7 to 10 days later. A digital intake and aftercare form is emailed after booking. A patch test can be added for $50.

Fibroblast treatment is not offered to clients with Fitzpatrick skin types IV to VI. Clients are asked to avoid tanning or significant sun exposure for four weeks beforehand, to have not taken Accutane within the past year, and to allow a waiting period after recent Botox, fillers, chemical peels or laser. Suitability is confirmed at consultation, and larger or multi-zone areas are priced by custom quote.

The studio lists a range of named offerings: WrightLift Signature packages that include LED therapy, WrightSkin combination facials, and brow and lash services. It says its Korean lash lift is its most popular lash lift, and it says it was featured in VoyageLA. The studio describes its fibroblast results as often comparable to traditional cosmetic surgery and lasting one to three years, and describes its Full Face Lift as a non-surgical alternative with natural-looking results.
