The Skin Analysis and Consultation lasts 30 minutes and costs $75. It looks at concerns such as acne, texture, age management, pigmentation, skin tone, eczema, psoriasis and oil balance. Afterward, clients receive an emailed summary, detailed regimen instructions, access to an e-book and a customized regimen that the business describes as pharmaceutical-grade. New clients complete a medical history form through a consent site before their appointment and are asked to arrive five minutes early for consent paperwork. Follow-up appointments, which are free and last 30 minutes, review progress with photos and adjust the plan. Clients can ask questions and get help with regimen changes between visits.
The iSClinical Fire & Ice Facial lasts 30 minutes or more, and its price varies. It combines a resurfacing mask, a rehydrating mask, aromatherapy facial massage and LightStim light therapy. The site says it involves no downtime and is suitable during pregnancy and nursing because of its naturally derived ingredients. The business also lists Hydrafacial, DMK Enzyme Therapy and other iSClinical signature treatments.
The Esthetic Mentorship Session is a one-hour session for estheticians who work on their own, are building a business, or have questions about skincare or esthetics. It costs $150.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more ahead are free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show. Declined cards must be paid before a client can rebook, and the business reserves the right to refuse service. Referral rewards give 10% off the next treatment or product order for each of the first three friends who book, then 15% off the next treatment for each of the four to seven friends after that, if the referral is noted in appointment notes. All clients can enter a birthday in the automated email for a birthday reward.
Each client's skin, treatment history and lifestyle are evaluated before a plan is built around their goals. The business describes its approach as results-driven and built on products and treatments it calls clinically proven.
