The salon says it prioritizes healthy hair and uses high-quality products. Services fall into braids, extensions and styles, kids' styles, loc retwists, makeup, natural hairstyles and silk presses. Many services include a wash, deep conditioning, steam or protein treatment, and a trim or style, and the Grow services are designed as ongoing healthy-hair care.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit. Clients are asked to arrive on time: there is a 10-minute grace period, after which an appointment is marked as a no-show, the full balance is charged, and the appointment cannot be reinstated. Hair that arrives tangled incurs an upcharge of $40 per hour for the time needed to detangle it. The salon does not book clients who prefer damaged ends.

Saginaw appointments on Sundays carry an automatic $50 upcharge, which does not apply in Shreveport. Weekend and evening appointments are reserved for consistent clients. Balances can be paid by credit or debit card or in cash. The salon has a no-refund policy. It states that it is not a medical provider and cannot treat scalp conditions caused by internal issues, so clients with those concerns are directed to a primary care physician.

The salon aims to personalize each visit and enhance a client's natural hair, with healthy hair as the priority. For its Grow services it recommends visits every two weeks.
