A visit starts with a free 15-minute consultation held in the studio, where the team looks at the condition of the hair and recommends a technique and volume. Extensions are chosen to suit the client's goals, and the keratin capsules are prepared by hand, sized, shaped and matched in density to the client's natural hair before application. The studio aims to limit tension and protect natural hair, and it works with fine, thinning, weakened or damaged hair, including hair affected by postpartum hair loss.

Hair matching covers color, undertone, texture, density and length. The studio uses 100% premium European hair that is silicone-free and attached with a rebonding technique. Light 80 g installations are priced from $450 with packages from $890, Natural 100 g installations from $500 with packages from $1,050, and Premium 150 g installations from $600 with packages from $1,425. The Premium 150 g option is described as the most popular, and final prices may vary because every installation is fully custom.

Aftercare is part of the service. Hair can be reused for up to 12 months with proper home care, and move-up maintenance every two to three months repositions extensions closer to the root as hair grows. The studio does not reuse factory-made capsules and does not work with mass-produced extension solutions.

Aims to minimize tension and prevent damage to natural hair, with handmade keratin capsules customized to each client.
