Services are grouped into bikini, facial and body. The bikini menu runs from a short butt strip or a mask add-on to a full Brazilian (V), which covers the front and includes the butt strip and is offered to women only. A Vajacial, a post-wax bikini treatment, comes in Calming or Brightening versions chosen by skin needs. Facial work includes single areas such as the upper lip, chin, eyebrows and ears, plus a Full Face option where clients pick which areas to include. Body waxing covers arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, underarms and shoulders, with separate full-back options for women and men.

Before an appointment, the studio asks for at least two weeks of growth, or roughly the size of a grain of rice. Clients are asked to exfoliate two days ahead, avoid lotions, oils and serums on the area, and skip alcohol and caffeine for at least two hours beforehand. Afterward, pools, hot tubs, heavy sweating, tight clothing, tanning and friction should be avoided for one to two days. Exfoliation can begin a day or two after waxing, several times a week, with a daily ingrown hair serum and daily moisturizing. Recommended spacing is every two to four weeks for facial areas and every four to six weeks for bikini and body, though needs vary. Clients who are pregnant or taking medication are asked to check with their doctor before waxing.

The studio notes that waxing can be uncomfortable or painful at first, and that it tends to get easier with regular visits and consistent care at home.
