Brow services include tinting, waxing, a combined wax and tint, and brow lamination. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that reshapes and sets brow hairs, and the studio says results last 6 to 8 weeks. Lash services include lash tints, eyelash extension removal, and the Korean lash lift, a glueless lift that the studio says lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Full sets of lash extensions come in classic, hybrid or volume, and mega volume styles, with appointments running from about 135 minutes to 3.5 hours depending on the set.
Fills are priced by time and timing. A 60-minute fill must be booked within 14 days of the last appointment, while 90-minute and 2-hour fills must be booked within 21 days. New clients book a 90-minute new client fill, which leaves time to assess lash work done by another artist.
Hours are Tuesdays from 1 to 6 PM; the studio is closed the rest of the week. Clients can call or text to reschedule or cancel. Changes made with at least 48 hours notice carry no fee. Cancellations or reschedules with less notice, and no-shows, are charged the full service fee to the credit card on file. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows.
The studio's aim is to give clients a calm, safe space to relax while they are being serviced.
