The studio organizes its services around nervous system regulation, stress resilience and recovery. Its wellness menu includes infrared sauna sessions of 20 to 45 minutes, guided cold plunging that follows The WORTHY Method, a set of somatic sequences, and contrast therapy that alternates heat and cold. Red light therapy uses near-infrared light, and NuCalm Meditation is a guided, sound-based relaxation session that needs no particular posture or breathing technique and typically runs 20 to 60 minutes with no special preparation. The sauna space includes a larger, wheelchair accessible sauna called the Sanctuary and a smaller one called the Believe, which has a tablet for streaming shows or films; some saunas fit up to three people. Clients wear a bathing suit for guided cold plunging.

Guests are asked to come in light, comfortable clothes such as leggings and a long-sleeve top. Massage options are Swedish and deep tissue, and deep tissue is available for long-lasting aches and soreness. For sculpting and skin care, CryoSkin applies cryolipolysis to reduce fat, contour the body and refresh the face, with no recovery time needed. The salon says its CryoSkin Revolution device is made in France and holds CE approval, and it also states that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not given CryoSkin its approval. WORTHY Face NMS combines neuromuscular stimulation with radiofrequency in one visit to lift and tighten the face, and it is intended to be done as a series. InstantSculpt EMS uses electro muscle stimulation to tone the body and reduce fat, with sessions running about 30 minutes. LPG Endermologie is also offered as a body sculpting treatment.

New visitors can start with a $49 consultation with a provider, which covers CryoSkin, WORTHY Face NMS, LPG Endermologie, InstantSculpt EMS Body and wellness services and produces a custom roadmap. The consultation fee goes toward any package or membership bought that day. First-time visitors can try any core service for $35, and the WORTHY Face NMS Intro Session is a single full treatment for $199. Memberships run on a three-month commitment billed on the 1st of each month, then renew monthly; cancelling needs 30 days of written notice. Memberships are TrueMed and FSA/HSA eligible, and sign-up includes a Membership Concierge who arranges a phone call and can pre-book services up to eight weeks ahead.

The studio uses heat, cold, light and compression to help build stress resilience, and describes its methods as science-backed and grounded in neuroscience and physiology.
