Treatments are built around restoring, relaxing and renewing the body, in a calm, quiet space. Guests are welcomed into a soothing, warm setting. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and drinks are provided, herbal tea is served between treatments, and a Quiet Room is available for resting. Signature reflexology sandals are also provided.
The menu is grouped into advanced facials, standard facials, massage, body treatments, self-guided sessions, packages, club options and waxing. The Hydrafacial line runs from a 25-minute Express version to a Classic version using a patented Vortex-Fusion system and an 80-minute Deluxe version with a targeted mask, massage and LED light therapy. Other facials use methods such as microdermabrasion, Dermaflash, nano channeling, microcurrent and cryo gua sha, and several are built for specific concerns like congestion or dehydration as described by the spa. Massage ranges from a 25-minute customizable session to a 110-minute Calming Retreat that combines seven treatments, and the four-handed massage uses two therapists.
Membership is called The Club by Woodhouse Spa. Plans include one treatment a month or quarter at 10% off, member pricing on other services, 10% off retail products, and access to member-only events. The Club has no blackout dates or visit limits, and it can be used only at this location. Memberships can be changed, paused or cancelled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date. The Ultimate Reset is a full-day package of about four hours that includes the Calming Retreat, a wrap, a Hydrafacial Deluxe and lunch, though availability varies.
Gift cards are sold and can be used at face value for products and services. Group bookings for birthdays, bachelorette parties and shared relaxation days can be arranged by phone.
Booking policies: reservations are secured with a credit card, and cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice (48 hours for packages and treatments over two hours). Guests should arrive 20 minutes early, and new guests should allow 30 minutes for their profile. Late arrivals don't extend the appointment and the full price applies. Gratuities aren't included, and the spa suggests 20 to 30 percent. Waxing clients should avoid sun or heat for two hours before and twelve hours after, and clients using Retin-A or Accutane cannot be waxed. Guests ages 13 to 17 need written parental consent, and body services other than massage are not offered under 18.
