The Highland Village location is an independently owned and operated franchise of Woodhouse Spa, which says it has been operating for more than two decades. The spa describes itself as a full-service spa that combines massage therapy, advanced skincare and body treatments.

The facial menu runs from a 25-minute express Hydrafacial to longer sessions. Options include a Dermaflash exfoliation facial, microdermabrasion in 50- and 80-minute versions, and goal-based facials for firming, barrier repair, and purifying with extractions and a clay mask. A men's hot towel facial is also offered. Massage choices include Swedish, deep tissue, Himalayan hot stone, CBD, stretching, maternity and Ayurvedic-inspired scalp massage, in lengths from 25 to 110 minutes. Body treatments use exfoliation and sea mineral products, along with dry brushing, a Vichy shower where available, and a sea mineral bath. Nail services and a full waxing menu round out the offerings.

Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and new guests should allow about 30 extra minutes to set up their guest profile. Robes, slippers, a private locker and beverages are provided, and between services guests can relax in the Quiet Room with tea, or a mimosa or glass of wine. Reflexology sandals and aromatherapy experiences are also available. A credit card is required to reserve every appointment, including those paid with gift cards. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for spa packages and treatments longer than two hours. Gratuity is not included.

The Club by Woodhouse Spa is a membership with monthly or quarterly plans. The Wellness Club is listed at $130 per month or quarter and includes one treatment each period, with members receiving 15 percent off other services Monday through Thursday and 10 percent off Friday through Sunday, plus 10 percent off boutique retail. The Wellness Club Deluxe tier is listed at $185 per period. Memberships have no blackout dates or visit limits, can be paused by phone or cancelled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date, and can only be used at this location.
