Guests should arrive 15 minutes before an appointment, and new guests should allow 30 minutes to complete a guest profile. Late arrivals do not get extra service time, and the full price is still charged. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided, and there is a Quiet Room for guests. Only guests receiving services may come along to the spa, and a credit card is requested to hold a reservation. Appointments are booked by calling the spa at (952) 522-8999.

The menu is organized into advanced facials built around named devices and technologies, classic facials, several massage styles, body treatments, couples massage, prenatal options and multi-service packages. Facials run from 25-minute express versions to 80-minute sessions, and massages range from a 25-minute session to 110-minute treatments. Injectable and skin rejuvenation consultations are complimentary and, according to the spa, conducted by licensed professionals.

Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice, and packages or multiple treatments over two hours need 48 hours. No-shows and short notice may be charged up to the full value of the service. Menu prices can change without notice, and gratuities are not included. Gift cards can be bought online or at the spa but are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to buy other gift cards. Unused skin or body products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for spa credit, and group celebrations such as birthdays and bachelorette parties can be arranged through the spa.

The spa says its wellness approach aims to help guests feel their best, inside out. It describes its facials as pairing high-performance products with gentle, restorative techniques, and says its estheticians combine natural ingredients with advanced skin-care methods.

The spa describes its setting as calming, with plush robes, quiet lounges, reflexology sandals and aromatherapy rituals.
