A visit starts with a warm welcome: tea on arrival, then robes, slippers, a private locker and beverages for guests. Between services, guests can rest in the Quiet Room, where a mimosa or glass of champagne is available. Arrive about 15 minutes early, and allow 30 minutes for a new guest profile. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for packages and treatment sequences longer than two hours, and a credit card is requested to hold a booking.

Facials are a central part of the menu. The advanced line is built around Hydrafacial treatments, from a 25-minute Express session to an 80-minute Deluxe, and includes a Hydrafacial combined with Nano Channeling, which the spa calls its most advanced facial. HydraScalp with Keravive is also offered, and the spa notes that its best results come from a series of three. Microdermabrasion is available as a 50-minute session or as an 80-minute version that includes the neck and décolletage.

Massage is one of the larger groupings, with Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and couples options and enhancements such as CBD, Gua Sha, aromatherapy, cupping and reflexology. Body treatments include mineral wraps, dry brushing, body polishes and holistic body detox sessions, with a Vichy shower included in one signature detox. Manicures, pedicures, waxing and eyebrow and lash tinting are also on this location's menu.

Booking is by phone at (678) 391-4333 or through the spa's booking link, and gift cards can be bought online or in person. Hours are 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday. A 20% service charge is added to services for providers, with additional gratuity optional. Massage and facials are not offered to guests under 16, and nail services are not offered to guests under 8.

Facials are customized to the concern at hand, such as sun damage, texture, dullness or hydration, and estheticians use natural ingredients alongside advanced skin-care techniques, according to the spa.
