Wonderland Nail Studio is operated by its owner, Kaleene Knight, as a private studio at 7985 Fisher Rd in Rockwell. The studio aims for a relaxed, one-on-one experience that clients look forward to, beyond the nails themselves.

Service menus run from simple add-ons and kids' manicures to full acrylic and Gel-X sets, builder gel extensions, and tiered nail designs from simple to detailed with 3D art, gems or charms. Pedicures range from a basic option to a deluxe version with a scented soak, scrub, body butter massage and hot towel.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM; it is closed on Sundays. Clients need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows and arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to fees, shortened or rescheduled appointments, or prepayment for future bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment, and gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, final on sale.
