The signature head spa ritual is an eight-step session. It starts with a scalp analysis and aromatherapy inhalation, moves through acupressure release for the scalp and neck and shoulder release, and continues with deep cleansing, exfoliation and a warm waterfall rinse. Micro-bubble cleansing is part of the process, and the ritual is followed by conditioner and a blow-dry. The studio says the ritual has roots in Japan.

The facial menu covers deep cleaning, hydration, lifting and brightening, and an organic botanical radiance treatment. The floral oxygenation facial pairs micro-suction with floral oxygenation and a lifting botanical mask. Scalp work uses organic botanical essential oils, including Florihana infusions, along with peppermint and rosemary hydrosols.
