Medical spa visits begin with a free consultation. At that visit, physician Dr. Cuellar decides whether a given treatment suits the patient. The practice holds current affiliations with three hospitals: Pomona Valley Hospital, San Dimas Community Hospital and Montclair Hospital Medical Center. Free parking is offered in the Plaza lot.

On the aesthetic side, body contouring is done with truSculpt 3D technology, which removes unwanted fat without surgery, and the practice also uses Cutera XEO for body treatments, including post-bariatric contouring. Skin tightening uses truSculpt radio frequency rather than a laser and can be applied to the face, neck, abdomen, back, arms, legs and other areas. Laser hair removal is done with the Cutera XEO system and CoolGlide handpiece, treating areas such as the legs, back, chest, face and bikini line.

The medical spa also offers Botox and Dysport as prescription injectables to soften moderate to severe frown lines, along with Perlane and Restylane fillers, laser genesis, laser vein therapy, photofacial IPL and microdermabrasion. A medical weight loss program is supervised by clinicians and combines a calorie-restricted diet with medication. The practice states that its weight management programs have helped patients reach their target body weight. Patients who are pregnant, have cardiac pacemakers or internal defibrillators, have tumors in the treatment area or have metallic implants are asked to consult the physician before truSculpt treatment.
