Woma Beauty specializes in braided styles and brow work from a studio with little room, so guests are generally asked to attend appointments without companions. The exceptions are a guardian accompanying a younger client and a caregiver who is needed to support an accommodation. Anyone younger than 18 must have guardian authorization in place before booking.

Braiding services include straight-back cornrows, which can serve as a flat foundation under a wig or be worn as a style on their own, and designer cornrows with custom parting and braid designs such as curved parts. The quick weave pairs four braids in front with added length and a bonded finish in the back. Braid takedowns remove existing braids and lightly detangle the natural hair underneath.

The brow service starts with a personalized consultation, followed by color selection, brow mapping and precision shaping where it suits the client, then Hybrid Henna application. Clients can review their results and ask for adjustments before they leave.

Booking is deposit-based. A $30 nonrefundable deposit applies to all paid services and goes toward the total, with the balance due when the appointment ends. Complimentary consultations need no deposit. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and one deposit transfer is allowed with proper notice. Braiding and takedown appointments allow a 15-minute late-arrival grace period, and brow appointments allow 10 minutes. Late arrivals may mean a shortened service or a rescheduled one. Concerns about a service should be raised within 24 hours by email or phone, and the salon aims to respond within 48 hours.

The studio sets each style around the client's natural hair and the look they want, with consultations offered before brow work and a chance to adjust results before leaving.
