The nail menu centers on extensions and enhancements: acrylic full sets and fill-ins, Gel-X soft gel extensions, hard gel and builder gel overlays and full sets, and dual gel forms on flexible plastic molds. Dipping powder is offered as a full set, with color French, white French and extension options, and the salon says its wear time is more than two weeks. Regular and gel manicures, polish changes, and add-ons such as French tips, ombre, chrome and nail art are also available.

Spa manicures range from the Be Gentle at $37, which includes an exfoliating scrub and hot towel wrap, through the Volcano at $55, which adds a mask, paraffin and scent options, to the Coffee Lover at $98, with a coffee scrub and hot stone. The Dazzle Dry manicure is a gel option that the salon says dries in about five minutes without a lamp or soaking off. Children under 10 can book regular or gel manicures, and the salon hosts indoor spa birthday parties that should be reserved ahead so decorations can be set up. Group and event bookings are handled by phone. Wedding nail design consultations are arranged by phone, as are bookings for wedding and bachelorette parties. Online booking takes one appointment per customer, and a note in the booking can request a specific technician. Bookings for more than four people go through the phone, and groups of five or more carry a $20 booking fee per person.

Hours are Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Clients should call at least one business day ahead to reschedule. Arriving 10 minutes late may mean a waiting list, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment. Repairs for scratched or misshapen nails are free if the salon is told within 24 hours, or within 5 days for gel and dipping powder, and the original receipt from the last visit is required. Gift cards come as plastic cards in store or as e-gift cards sent by email after a phone order. They can be used for listed salon services but not lash or brow services, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.

According to the salon, its nail services are the highest quality and the salon itself is the cleanest and most sanitary nail salon, though these are the salon's own claims.
