Aubry is the founder and owner. She describes herself as a full specialist esthetician and Master Beauty Artist, trained at the Aveda Institute of South Florida, where she graduated in 2018, and she holds several certifications across beauty services. The salon describes its vision as enhancing the beauty clients already have, especially through the eyes.

Appointments are held on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo or Zelle only. Clients get a 10-minute grace period; arriving later than that is treated as a no-show and charged the full service cost. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, with a 50% charge for shorter notice and a full charge for same-day changes or no-shows. The studio may decline service to anyone who is intoxicated, disrespectful or inappropriate toward staff or other clients, and may refuse future bookings to clients with repeated no-shows or last-minute changes.
