Buttock augmentation is the practice's best-documented area. A BBL moves fat removed by liposuction into the buttocks to change their size and shape without implants, and buttock implants are offered for patients who do not have enough fat for a fat transfer. A BBL can also be combined with implants. The Thong Buttock Lift removes excess skin and fat from the buttocks. For tummy tucks, the options range from a mini tummy tuck below the belly button to a full tummy tuck above and below it, a Fleur de Lis tummy tuck that removes more skin than a standard procedure, and a circumferential body lift for loose skin after major weight loss. Tummy tucks are typically done under general anesthesia and need several weeks of recovery with no strenuous activity or heavy lifting. After cosmetic surgery, lymphatic drainage massages, typically 12 sessions beginning the day after the procedure, are recommended, and follow-up care with 24/7 access to the surgeon and team is included.

The site says the medication can lead to an average weight reduction of around 15 percent over a year, and that individual results vary. Weight loss starts at $74.75 per shot and includes a doctor's visit, the medication, and diet and exercise recommendations. A 4-week supply of medication costs $299, and prices vary by medication type and dosage.

Practical details: a free online consultation is offered. Cosmetic surgeries are not covered by medical insurance because they are considered elective. Payment is accepted by cash, cashier's check, card, financing and Zelle. A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to schedule a procedure and is applied to the balance, and full surgical payment is due four weeks before the procedure date. Cancelling less than four weeks before forfeits 50 percent of the full payment. Rescheduling needs at least four weeks' notice at no added cost, and rescheduling more than once may forfeit the deposit. Out-of-state patients are advised to stay in Houston for at least one week, arriving on a weekend, with surgery on a Monday and daily visits through Friday. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
