Every visit starts with a consultation, where a provider matches the treatment to the cause of the concern. Consultations are complimentary when treatment goes ahead the same day; otherwise there is a $100 consultation fee. Costs are confirmed by the provider at consultation before any treatment. Services are grouped by concern, including fine lines and wrinkles, volume loss, sun damage and brown spots, and texture, pores and dullness.

The injectable menu includes Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify, along with dermal fillers, lip filler, lip flip, Kybella, SkinVive, Sculptra and HD Radiesse biostimulation. According to the business, its injectables are FDA-approved or cleared, and it keeps a full inventory of injectables, including hyaluronidase for dissolving filler.

Memberships are Essentials at $99 per month and Journey at $299 per month. Essentials adds credit to the member's account for eligible treatments and medical-grade skincare, with 10% off those eligible services and an annual neuromodulator benefit of 20 Botox-equivalent units listed at a $280 value. Journey adds one provider-guided skin treatment each month, a personalized annual skin-health plan, and professional skin imaging with a progress review every three months. Payment is taken by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash; insurance is not accepted. Cherry financing with pay-over-time and 0% APR options is available for in-office purchases only, with no hard credit checks, and balances can be paid off early without penalty. Rescheduling or canceling more than 48 hours ahead is free. Shorter notice may incur a $100 charge per treatment, or 50% of the price for treatments under $100, and no-shows may incur a $100 charge. A referral program gives both the referrer and the new client $50 in account credit, subject to program terms. Gift cards can be bought on the website.

Hours are Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, and Friday 9am to 5pm, with the office closed on weekends. To book or reach a patient coordinator, call or text 317-569-6448. Medical providers do not accept gratuities, though licensed estheticians may accept tips for non-medical services such as facials.
