Winx LLC works from Suite 205 at 1401 East Bridge Street in Brighton. Eyelash extensions are the core service, offered as full sets in Mega Volume, Volume, Hybrid, Full Wet Set and Classic styles.

Full sets are $135 and take about 2 hours 45 minutes to 3 hours. Between sets, a mini fill for $50 (about an hour and ten minutes) is timed for lashes that are roughly one to one and a half weeks old, and an infill for $80 suits a 2 to 3 week touch-up. Extension removal uses a gel-based formula, costs $20 and takes 35 minutes.

Waxing covers eyebrows, lips, nose, chin, underarms, back, stomach, arms and legs. The eyebrow wax at $20 includes brow mapping, with tweezing for the areas above, below and between the brows when needed. Other waxes run from $10 for lip or nose to $45 for a full back, full arm or full leg.

Appointments are kept to the time booked, and the studio does not rush clients; it takes extra time to fill lashes well. A $20 deposit is required at booking and is deducted from the total. Full sets and infills carry a $20 fee, also deducted from the total and paid at the appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and a deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the visit and the deposit is kept, and a $40 no-show fee applies.

Fills are considered due when about 40% of lashes remain. The studio does not fill lashes applied by other technicians and does not do foreign fills.

Appointments are built around the time booked, with extra time taken for lash fills rather than rushing clients.
